Dinerware Announces New CEO Jeff Riley
Dinerware, Inc. today announced the appointment of Jeff Riley to the position of Chief Executive Officer. Riley’s 16 year career in the software industry has involved him in companies large and small with experiences in product line management, marketing, business development, channel distribution, and operations – all on a global basis.
Riley comes to Dinerware from Microsoft Corporation, where he was General Manager of Microsoft Business Solutions spearheading the Microsoft Retail Management System product line. In that role, Riley’s responsibilities encompassed worldwide P&L responsibilities and developing world wide channel distribution for RMS.
“Riley brings a clear vision of strategic growth plans, and the expertise of business management and operations experience to Dinerware,” says Founder and Chief Technology Officer, Carl English. “His leadership skills and market expertise make him a valuable addition to the Dinerware executive team.”
Prior to Jeff’s Retail Solutions assignment within Microsoft, he oversaw Microsoft Business Solutions’ small business channel and marketing plans for North America. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from Babson College in Wellesley, MA.
