POS2GO implemented a novel solution at Rockwells Express, a quick service restaurant based in New York City, using the Dinerware point-of-sale open platform and the Epson ReStick label printer. Rockwells Express creates burgers with customized ingredients mixed into the beef at the time of order. The specialty patties appear indistinguishable, so owner Steve Robbins needed a solution to correctly label the order contents.

Epson ReStick label printers produce a sticky, repositionable receipt that adheres to order packaging and thereby enables employees to quickly identify and deliver the right order to the right customer. Takeout orders can be easily identified and distributed without the need to open a package. Rockwell customers experience efficient, accurate service because they receive clearly marked, correct orders, and the business spared the expense of custom packaging.
